Terms of Service

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. What Boardroom is

Boardroom is a software product that lets you brief a CEO agent, which coordinates seven specialist AI agents to research, plan, and draft business deliverables (proposals, onboarding kits, campaign plans, financial audits, and similar documents). Outputs are AI-generated drafts. Boardroom is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisor, or licensed professional service, and nothing it produces should be treated as legal, tax, or financial advice without your own review.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be legally able to enter a contract and operate the business you use Boardroom for.

3. AI-generated content & review responsibility

Every agent output is a draft until you review and approve it. You are responsible for fact-checking, editing, and approving any content before sending it to a client, publishing it, or acting on it. Boardroom is not liable for decisions made or commitments entered into based on unreviewed AI output.

4. What we do and do not connect to

Boardroom only takes an action outside its own dashboard (sending an email, posting to Slack, opening a GitHub issue, and similar) through an integration you have explicitly connected under Settings → Connectors. If an integration is not connected, Boardroom will not claim to have used it, and any related output is a plan or spec for you or your team to execute manually.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Boardroom is offered on the plans listed at boardroomops.com/#pricing, billed monthly through Stripe. Your 7-day trial does not require a card to start under the plan flow presented at signup. After the trial, your selected plan’s price applies and includes that plan’s monthly project allowance. You can cancel from Settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no cancellation fee.

6. Acceptable use

  • Don’t use Boardroom to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content.
  • Don’t attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Don’t upload data you do not have the right to share.

7. Data ownership

You own the content you input and the outputs Boardroom generates for your organization. We do not claim ownership over your business content or deliverables.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Boardroom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boardroom’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using Boardroom and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and, for material changes, notify active accounts by email.
